Editorial

I am pleased to introduce the inaugural edition of the KLISC Journal of Information Science and Knowledge Management (KLISC JISKM), the official publication of the Kenya Library and Information Services Consortium. This journal disseminates the latest academic research and practical insights covering a wide spectrum of topics within the fields of Information Science and Knowledge Management.

In this inaugural issue, we present six articles comprising reviews and full-length research papers. These articles delve into the lessons garnered from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on library services. Moreover, they shed light on the strategies employed by libraries to maintain and enhance their services in the post-pandemic landscape.

We highly value and appreciate your contributions to this journal. Please be informed that all submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring they align with the journal's academic quality standards and scope. The papers featured in this journal are instrumental in advancing knowledge in the field and significantly contribute to the journal's success.

I extend a warm invitation to all of you to submit your articles to KLISC JISKM. Your participation is invaluable, and we look forward to your continued support.

Thank you.
